Robotic system integration · Collaborative cells

Cobot cells that run every shift.

We design, build and commission robot work cells around Universal Robots and FANUC CRX collaborative arms. Palletizing, machine tending, screwdriving and inspection, delivered as complete cells with tooling, guarding, safety validation and operator training.

Applications

Where collaborative cells pay back fastest

Each cell is scoped to a measured cycle time and a payback you can check before you sign.

End-of-line palletizing

Case and tray palletizing with one or two pallet stations, so the line keeps running while a full pallet is swapped.

UR20 / CRX-20iA/L · vacuum grippers · area scanners

CNC machine tending

Load and unload lathes and mills from drawer or grid fixtures, with door control and part-present checks over machine I/O.

UR10e / CRX-10iA · dual grippers · drawer stacks

Screwdriving and assembly

Torque-controlled fastening with feeder integration and a record of every joint's torque and angle.

UR5e / CRX-5iA · torque-controlled drivers

Pick-and-place and kitting

Vision-guided picking from conveyors, trays and totes for packaging, kitting and line feeding.

2D and 3D vision · flexible feeders

Inspection and gauging

Present parts to cameras and gauges in repeatable poses, with pass/fail sorting and results logged to your systems.

Smart cameras · gauging fixtures

Dispensing and finishing

Bead dispensing, sanding and polishing, with force control where the process needs it.

Force/torque sensing · dispensing valves
Delivery

From first call to production

  1. Application review

We look at your parts, cycle times and floor space, then confirm the robot can do the job before you commit.

  2. Cell design

Layout, end-of-arm tooling, guarding and a risk assessment to ISO 10218 and ISO/TS 15066, reviewed with you before anything is built.

  3. Build and FAT

The cell is assembled and run before it ships. You sign off a factory acceptance test against the agreed rate and quality.

  4. Install and support

Installation, site acceptance, operator and maintenance training, and support after go-live.

Platforms

The arms we build around

We pick the arm for the application. Payload, reach and the robots you already run decide it.
